There are some moments when only a burger will do. And in those moments, make these gloriously easy beef burgers with a hint of herbal tarragon that everyone will devour.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup (450g) whole egg mayonnaise
2 tbs fresh tarragon, chopped
1 large packet frozen French fries
1.5 kg mince
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 eggs
1 cup (100g) panko crumbs
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
2 tbs olive oil
8 bread rolls
200 g rocket
1 cucumber, sliced
1 pouch Bare Bones® Mushroom Sauce with Truffle
Method
Pre heat oven to 200°C.
Place whole egg mayonnaise and tarragon into a small bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
Cook French fries to packet instructions.
In the meantime combine mince, onion, garlic, eggs, panko crumbs, worcestershire, parsley, cracked pepper into a large bowl. Using clean hands, thoroughly mix and shape into 200g patties and place on a tray.
Place a large frypan over high heat with olive oil. Place half the patties in the fry pan and cook for 8 minutes each side or to your liking. Set aside, cover with foil, and repeat with remaining patties.
Heat Bare Bones® Mushroom Sauce with Truffle as per pack instructions.
Dress each bread roll with a little mayonnaise, rocket and cucumber. Place patty on top, followed by a generous helping of Bare Bones® Mushroom Sauce with Truffle.
